Our apologies for the delay, this specific issue proved to be a bit harder to track down than we expected. Unfortunately we have quite the task backlog and one of our coders is currently away, it might be a couple of weeks until we have an update.
Our next step is to examine the actual shader work for possible issues, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Just out of curiosity; using the Standard mode, do you still get the initial reported problem if you override the LUT texture compression?
