I'm really glad to see DX11 incorporated with Dev Build 2.
Regarding UDIM working in conjunction with Alloy (via AT2)...
In anticipation of further developments of AT2, most of our UV mapping is laid out across multiple tiles in MARI, with the intention of ultimately applying the multi-tile textures to the respective meshes, using Alloy 2 shaders. Will this functionality be integrated with Dev Build 3?

That's the plan!
Rust Ltd are basically ready to help me out. I'm the one that pushed this feature to devbuild 3 because it was taking too long to push db2 through. Multi-VT changes was more involved than I originally expected but, I believe, worth the effort.
What we will end up doing is either release intermediate revisions between db2 and db3, with important new features like Alloy, or shorten our devbuild iteration cycles.
I'll do my best to get Alloy support as soon as possible.
