Re: Texture in screenspace UV - how to fix position/offset
Sorry if I wasn't very clear. I'm blending textures in screenspace UV and wondered if there's a way get the x and y position of the target object in screenspace too, so I can use this as on offset for the texture. At the moment the texture simply acts as an overlay across the whole screen, but I'd ...

Texture in screenspace UV - how to fix position/offset
I'm working on a shader that uses Tonal Art Mapping to create non-photorealistic effects. I'm able to blend the tone textures with the light intensity and map it all to screen space UV, but of course I've got the shower door effect where the tone texturing looks like an overlay on the screen. I'd ...

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
Will there be a fix to allow ASE to work in Mac OS 10.14 when using Metal? I'd like to move some projects to the HD Scriptable Pipeline but this requires Metal.

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
I changed the project from Metal to OpenGL 4.1 and can now use ASE. It looks like the freezing happens with ASE when using Metal on Mac OS Mojave. I can use OpenGL for now but would like to switch back to Metal when possible.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
I'm back onto this project now. I created a completely new Unity project in version 2018.2.11f1. I started re-creating my shader in ASE and got as far as adding a couple of nodes before the whole thing froze up again. Specifically, I was using the contextual menu to add another node. I had to force ...

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
Unfortunately I've had to work on something else for a while. I'll do some more testing as soon as I can.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
The shader editor window seems to be having trouble if there are more than a few nodes. It flickers as if having problems re-drawing then eventually freezes the whole system.

Re: Amplify Shader not working with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave
I've created a new project and everything is fine until I try to edit my man shader. The same file was working in Mac OS 10.13, and I can edit a material which uses this shader, but as soon as I try to edit it the whole system freezes up. The only way to recover is a force restart by holding down ...
