Weird texture when tiling

Hi guys, I am currently noticing there is a weird stretch or unexpected textures showing up when I try to resize to the texture using tiling. Can anyone give me an idea about whats going on, or how I should do it properly?
Thanks!

Hey there, what seems to be the problem/expected result?
We might need the asset to replicate the issue on our side.
Thanks!

Sorry for not making it clear enough, so there are just like weird textures showing up when I try to resize a certain texture using the tiling factors.
So the problem looks like the parts I circled in red, and it gets more obvious as I zoom away from the texture(as shown on pic 1 and 2). The red jersey on the right hand side is the expected effect, which I kinda hardcoded it through resizing the texture outside Unity.

Sorry, we can't know for sure without examining a sample.
Would that be possible?

Here is the image file that I am using as texture, should I supply the shader and the 3D model that it lies on as well?

Complete sample would be preferred, shader and texture.
