Hello everyone!

We have been working with a few of our most active testers in order to improve AT2 and, although we had our fair share of delays, we have never been closer to an official release. To kick-off things, so to speak, we would like to share with you the first version with mobile support, iOS and Console support will follow soon.

The current mobile performance is not representative of the final release, there is still much optimization work that can be done, it will definitely be improved in future updates. Our latest tests were all done on a Samsung Galaxy S6, it would be great to know how it behaves in the wild based on your feedback.

Requirements
• OpenGL ES 3.0 or higher
• Unity 5.3 or higher, 5.5 recommended

Optimization Tips
• Disable Anisotropic Filtering
• Avoid using Virtual Textures larger than necessary. e.g. A 128Kx128K VT for only 16Kx16K of total texture data
• Use the minimum amount of channels necessary; be sure to disable them manually in your VT inspector
• Reduce the Pages Per-Frame value in the Amplify Texture Runtime component
• Use the minimum resolution possible for your application, full HD can be quite taxing on some devices
