Unfortunately the information on the wiki isn't up to date, we've included a README.txt file in the AmplifyShaderEditor \ Plugins \ EditorResources \ Templates \ SRP folder that contains the necessary steps to follow.
We apologize for this and will update the wiki ASAP.
If you still have the same issue after following the steps in the README file, please try to replicate it in a new project and if possible send us a sample to [email protected] so that we can debug it on our side using the same data as you, as we've been unable to replicate it.
