Hello all at Amplify,

I was just wondering what type of integration will AT 2.0 have with Mari 2.0?

Can you give me an example of how this integration will help the user?

For now, the integration will be limited to UV tiling support (UDIM). You'll be able to export your texture grids into Unity and they'll be stored and dealt with as a single material. Plus, you'll be able to import more than 100K x 100K at once.

In the future, however, the plan is to have a tighter integration with Mari. Hopefully we'll be able to interop directly with it and avoid the whole exporting & importing process altogether.
