Dual shader for SRP HD/LD

Our game is being developed for all consoles and PC.
issue is that the HD SRP is good for PS4, XboxOne and PC, but it's terrible for Switch.
Is there a way of having a shader that can automatically change from SRP HD and LD depending on platform?
