I want to make image that need long shutter speed by unity.
For example, this image is perfect.

Can I make one like this by using Amplify Motion?

Thank you for your interest, we really appreciate it. Unfortunately, that's not something that Amplify Motion, or similar motion blur solutions, can actually do. I recommend looking into trail effects.
