on applying amplify motion effect its lagging.[CLOSED]

I am applying Amplify Motion Effect script on main camera for mobile.. its lagging in mobile even after keeping Quality Level as Mobile. and also culling mask is not working. can you tell me why is it happening?

Are you adding the AM component at runtime or using Anti-Aliasing? Any additional information would be very welcomed.
