I've been using 4.7 and will keep doing so as long as I can. Pretty sure I had the latest AM at the time of the issue.
I do 99% of my stuff for mobile or else I would be integrating AT2 into everything.. until then Substances and vertex shaders keep me semi sane.... but daddy needs his paint ...

I was having this issue for a while and was trying to find out the reason.
Eventually I added
#pragma glsl
to the shaders that weren't compiling and that seemed to do the trick. Not sure if it is the proper fix. If it helps i'm still on Unity 4 and building for a mobile on OS X 10.10.5. Now if ...

Iphone 5 and up here. Just noticed the update... and source! Ill see if i can steal some time to awkwardly jam it into my current project. Keep on trucking guys! Your tools are priceless.

No luck yet. Everything is running smooth smooth so far. Even showed up well in SM 2.0 emulation so i got silly and did an IOS build for kicks. I got the unsupported platform message in the log but the game still booted up which was better than I was excepting . Mobile is my primary target right now ...
